The Free Store
THE FREE STORE & BRIAN'S BASIC NEEDS ROOM
At In The Image's Free Store you will find men's, women's, children's, and housewares sections. The only difference is that we've left out the checkout lanes and cash registers. The Free Store also houses Brian's Basic Needs Room which provides essentials to those in need like brand-new toiletries, personal hygiene items, menstrual products, and baby basics.

When you have had a house fire or left everything behind fleeing a violent relationship - In The Image will help you find the most basic items in Brian's Basic Needs Room and can help you get back on your feet with items from the Free Store.

All of the resources found in The Free Store and across In The Image's other programs are completely free. Our programs are designed to help struggling families and individuals in immediate crisis while providing dignity and respect to everyone so that all of our community members are able to access the basic essentials we all use and need.

The Free Store is available to families and individuals in need, whether that is due to trauma or crisis such as a house fire, flood damage, job loss, domestic abuse, medical emergency, homelessness, poverty, etc.
All are welcome to shop in a warm, welcoming environment. We are here to help you provide basic necessities for you and your family.

How It Works
To shop, you must be a member, and anyone can become a member!
​
All you need to do is request an appointment online or by phone, fill out a membership form upon arrival, and then shop for what you need.
​
Members are granted 10 shopping appointments each year to be used at anytime.
​
First time walk-ins are welcomed, but after your first visit, you must have a regularly scheduled shopping appointment.
Non-members and members, please bring a current photo ID and bags to carry your items.
Free Store Hours
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Third Thursdays of the Month
5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
​
Second Saturdays of the Month
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Brian's Story
Brian Arnet was a dedicated volunteer who spent many years of his life helping others.
​
When tragically passed unexpectedly, his family and In The Image came up with a way to honor his life and dedication to the community and created Brian's Basic Needs Room.
​
Today Brian's Basic Needs Room provides brand new baby basics, personal hygiene items, toiletries, and more to those in need.
